About

Finance should help you run the business, not just report on it.

Arbor Finance was built around a simple idea: growing businesses deserve the same financial clarity that larger companies rely on to make decisions. That means knowing more than what revenue and profit were last month. It means understanding what is driving margins, where cash is heading, how the year is tracking against plan, and what today's decisions are likely to mean three or six months from now.

Erik Garcia

Founder, Arbor Finance Company

Erik has spent his career working inside complex businesses where finance had to do more than produce reports. It had to help management understand performance, anticipate risk, allocate resources, and plan what came next.

In his most recent corporate finance role, Erik was responsible for financial planning across a multinational service operation spanning roughly 22 countries and more than $600 million in annual spend. The work required bringing together budgets, forecasts, operating data, cash requirements, and monthly performance into a clear financial view that leadership could actually use.

That experience shaped the way Arbor approaches finance today.

Most growing businesses do not need more spreadsheets. They need someone who can take the information already coming out of the business, determine what actually matters, and turn it into a financial picture that helps the owner make better decisions.

That is what Arbor Finance is built to do.
